A Warm & Modern Kitchen Designed for Gathering

The Pinaleno Place Project, designed by Treasure in the Detail, was a full-scale renovation centered on creating a timeless kitchen and primary bathroom tailored for long-term enjoyment. The design thoughtfully balances clean, modern materials with traditional elements to achieve both style and functionality. A cohesive palette of neutral tones, layered textures, and organic accents is carried throughout the home to create warmth and visual interest.

The goal for this kitchen was to keep the layout but completely refresh the look and make it more functional. The original finishes felt a little dated and didn’t reflect the clean, organic modern style we were going for. Warm wood tones, natural stone, and medium-toned cabinetry helped create a more cohesive and inviting feel. Everything was designed to balance beauty and function.

The kitchen is more than a place to cook, it’s the heart of the home. With warm wood cabinetry, timeless stone surfaces, and thoughtfully chosen details, this design blends comfort with modern sophistication. Statement lighting and curated open shelving bring personality, while sleek finishes ensure functionality. The result is a space that feels both welcoming and refined, perfect for gathering and creating memories.

The Butler’s Pantry

Tucked just off the kitchen, the butler’s pantry continues the design story with crisp white cabinetry, open wood shelving, and the same marble surfaces. It’s a functional yet beautiful extension of the main kitchen, perfect for extra storage, prep work, or even displaying favorite cookbooks and art pieces.

Thoughtful Storage & Display

The cabinetry blends seamless storage with opportunities for styling. Glass-front cabinets showcase curated pieces like glassware, ceramics, and art, while closed cabinetry ensures plenty of hidden storage for everyday essentials.

Curated Comfort

From the soft upholstered chairs to the sculptural chandelier above, every detail in the dining area has been chosen to create a sense of warmth and refinement. The round stone top table anchors the space with timeless elegance, while the surrounding textures and finishes add depth and character.
